Managing organizational sales by developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting relationship with internal and external customers.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Effectively set the individual sales targets & motivate the team to achieve.
Effectively monitor the sales performance of the team & mentor the team members.
Helping the tec team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Understanding the principal’s sales goals and driving the team towards achieving them.
