As Sales Manager – Test & Measurement Instruments, you will drive growth for GSAS’s T&M portfolio across India. You’ll work with engineers, researchers, and procurement teams to position our solutions for embedded validation, diagnostics, power analysis, and production testing. This role requires a blend of sales strategy, technical engagement, and customer relationship leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue targets for the full T&M product range, including analyzers, loggers, DAQs, scopes, and EV testing systems
  • Identify and close new business through structured prospecting, lead qualification, and conversion
  • Manage key accounts across automotive, electronics, R&D, and education verticals with a focus on retention and upsell
  • Collaborate with Field Application Engineers on technical evaluations, demos, and post-sales support
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data via CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce) and drive territory-level campaign execution

What You’ll Bring – Skills & Competencies

  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in test & measurement, instrumentation, or electronics systems
  • Strong understanding of T&M tools such as CAN/LIN analyzers, power analyzers, oscilloscopes, and validation kits
  • Proven ability to position technical value to engineering teams and convert opportunities into business
  • Experience in territory planning, account management, and channel/customer development
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales forecasting, and funnel hygiene; excellent communication and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Deliver technical demos and evaluation support for oscilloscopes, DAQs, protocol analyzers, power analyzers, and related test instruments  
  • Guide customers through test setups, signal measurements, compliance validation, and troubleshooting across lab, production, and EV environments  
  • Provide pre- and post-sales application support, including configuration, training, and workflow optimization  
  • Assist in developing basic test automation or scripting using tools like Python, LabVIEW, or embedded interfaces  
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to share feedback, maintain documentation, and ensure strong customer engagement throughout the lifecycle

What You’ll Bring – Skills & Competencies  

  • 2–4 years of experience in electronics lab environments, test & measurement, or instrumentation application engineering  
  • Familiarity with a wide range of tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, signal generators, and programmable power supplies  
  • Understanding of key measurement concepts—signal integrity, power quality, data acquisition, and protocol decoding

This hybrid role blends deep technical expertise with consultative engagement to ensure customer success across domains like automotive, aerospace, industrial automation, and defense.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Deliver technical product demos, evaluations, and PoCs in coordination with the sales team to help customers assess and adopt embedded tools  
  • Guide engineers through integration of RTOS, code verification tools, and simulation workflows aligned with ISO 26262 and cybersecurity standards  
  • Conduct training sessions and onboarding programs for engineering teams working on real-time, high-assurance, or safety-critical systems  
  • Support migration from legacy platforms to secure, modern embedded environments, including C/C++, formal verification, and toolchain integration  
  • Present product value to both technical and business stakeholders, and provide structured feedback from the field to improve positioning and usability  

What You’ll Bring – Skills & Competencies

  • 3+ years of experience in embedded systems, technical pre-sales, or application engineering with strong customer interaction exposure  
  • Proficiency in C/C++, RTOS, debugging tools, and memory-safe design principles for embedded applications  
  • Familiarity with standards like ISO 26262, DO-178C, and IEC 61508, and awareness of cybersecurity practices and secure coding  
  • Experience with code verification, static analysis, or formal methods is a strong advantage  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Computer Engineering; willingness to travel for demos and workshops
