Press Release
GSAS at Bengaluru Space Expo 2026
The GSAS team spent BSx 2026 at BIEC listening to what space engineering teams are actually stuck on, across embedded systems, FPGA work, test and validation
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
GSAS Micro Systems attended Bengaluru Space Expo 2026 at BIEC, Bengaluru, from 7 to 9 September 2026, meeting customers, partners and industry teams working on the next generation of space systems.
What we went to do
BSX is three days in which the people building Indian space hardware will tell you, unprompted, what is holding them up.
The subjects that came up are the ones that always come up when the schedule is long and the hardware cannot be touched once it leaves: embedded systems work, FPGA engineering, and the test and validation effort that has to be finished before anything is committed. Space programmes compress these differently from commercial electronics. There is no hardware fix in the field, the qualification evidence is part of the deliverable, and a fault found late is not a respin, it is a programme delay.
That is the part of the conversation GSAS is in: the tooling and the engineering around those problems.
Our note on LinkedIn
Talking to GSAS about a space programme
GSAS Micro Systems works with engineering teams across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai and Delhi NCR on embedded development, FPGA work, test and measurement, and the validation tooling that programmes with hard qualification requirements depend on.
If you were at BSX and want to carry a conversation forward, or you were not and the problems above are yours anyway, ask an engineer a question or request a quote.
