Industrie 4.0
Industrial IoT & Machine Connectivity
From a sensor on a brownfield machine to a dashboard in the cloud, GSAS connects, secures and scales the data layer of Industrie 4.0, machine connectivity, edge gateways, edge-to-cloud and IIoT security, with the test and programming tools to prove every hop.

The Industrie 4.0 data layer: from machine to cloud
Underneath the dashboards, Industrie 4.0 is a connectivity and data problem: getting a machine's data onto an edge gateway, securely up to the cloud, and back into a dashboard or MES. GSAS engineers that whole path, and brings the test, programming and analysis tools to validate every hop. We bridge embedded systems and the cloud, exactly where embedded firmware meets edge AI.
What We Do
Industrial IoT Engineering in India
Six disciplines covering the full Industrie 4.0 data layer, machine connectivity, edge, data acquisition, MES integration, security and brownfield retrofit, grounded in the partner tools we support and use every day.
Machine Connectivity & Industrial Protocols
Getting data off the machine is the first problem of Industrie 4.0. GSAS implements the industrial protocol layer, Modbus RTU/TCP (SEGGER emModbus), OPC-UA, MQTT (SEGGER emNet + emSSL), CAN/CAN-FD, and industrial Ethernet (EtherCAT, PROFINET on Arm Cortex-R), so PLCs, drives, sensors and meters speak to your gateway reliably.
Edge Gateways & Edge-to-Cloud
The edge is where raw machine data becomes useful. We build gateway firmware that filters, buffers and pre-processes at the edge, including AutoPi edge-compute with Docker containers and edge inference, before sending only what matters to the cloud, cutting bandwidth and latency.
Machine Data Acquisition & Telemetry (MDE)
You cannot optimise what you do not measure. GSAS captures machine and process data (MDE), voltages, currents, temperatures, cycle times and rail telemetry, with multi-channel acquisition such as the GW Instek DAQ-9600, time-stamped and fed to live dashboards for OEE, energy and condition monitoring.
Production & MES Integration
On the factory floor, machine data has to reach the MES. We wire production programmers and stations into the manufacturing system over OPC-UA and REST, for example the ProMik FlashTask Pro and XTL-I inline programmers, so serialisation, traceability and pass/fail flow straight into Industrie 4.0 data systems.
IIoT Security & DevSecOps
A connected machine is an attack surface. GSAS secures the data path with TLS transport (SEGGER emSSL), secure boot and IEC 62443-aligned architecture, and shifts security left in the firmware itself with Perforce Klocwork static analysis (SAST) in a DevSecOps pipeline.
Digital Retrofit & Brownfield Modernisation
Most Indian factories are brownfield, the value is in connecting machines that already run, without re-engineering the line. GSAS adds non-intrusive data capture and protocol-bridging gateways to legacy equipment, so a 20-year-old machine joins the Industrie 4.0 data layer without being replaced.
Connecting a line or a fleet of machines?
Tell us the machines, the protocols and where the data needs to go. GSAS scopes the connectivity, edge and security layers, and validates them with real test and programming tools. Pairs with our Industrial Automation solution.
