MSP Multi Standard Programmers: Lab to Production Line
MSP2300NET
Flagship multi standard programmer with 24 independently configurable I/O channels. Program an SoC over JTAG while communicating with a companion MCU over CAN FD and verifying a sensor over SPI, all in a single fixture pass. Integrated 13.5 V / 3.5 A target power, automotive Ethernet, USB 3.x (300 MB/s), and IP-protected cables for 50 MHz JTAG over 1.5 m runs.
MSP2100NET
Lab-grade programmer for NPI, sample programming, and process development. Shares FlashTask Pro software, target cables, and project files with the MSP2300NET, deploy to production with zero re-validation. 16 configurable I/O channels, 5 V / 1 A integrated power supply.
Both MSP programmers run on the AMD Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ SoC. They natively support JTAG, SWD, SPI, QSPI, OSPI, CAN FD, FlexRay, and LIN, no external protocol adapters or fixture-side hardware needed. FlashTask Pro software is included with both models.
Use Case: Big Data Programming
ProMik's bootloader technology and parallel I/O architecture reduce flash and test times compared to serial programming. The MSP2300NET programs and tests multiple targets in a single fixture pass, flashing over JTAG while communicating over CAN FD and verifying sensors over SPI. For domain zone controllers with large firmware images, USB 3.x delivers up to 300 MB/s throughput.
XTL Turnkey Production Systems: Inline, Compact, and Manual Stations
XTL-i Inline System
Fully automated inline system. Handles board loading, fixture engagement, programming, testing, and pass/fail sorting on conveyor-based SMT lines. Uses the same fixtures and project files as XTL-s and XTL-m.
XTL-s Compact
Compact programming station for space-constrained lines. Replacement for the discontinued SAP2100-AUTO. Same fixtures and project files as XTL-i and XTL-m, with a reduced footprint that fits where the full XTL-i cannot.
XTL-m Manual Station
Manual standalone station for sample build, NPI, and low-volume production. The operator loads the board; the system runs the full test and programming sequence. Compact footprint fits an engineering bench or rework station.

SAP2100-AUTO is discontinued. XTL-s is the named replacement for space-constrained line-side programming. For full inline integration with robot or conveyor handling, including high-mix / low-volume lines, talk to GSAS or refer to the system integrator (e.g. JOT or ASYS) for line-side automation.
Use Case: Parallel Panel Programming
Program up to 40 targets per 19-inch rack in true parallel, each MSP operates independently within the XTL system. Fixtures transfer between XTL-i, XTL-s, and XTL-m with zero project file re-porting. Scale from prototype validation to volume production without re-engineering your programming setup.
XDM High-Speed Download Modules: Automotive Ethernet and USB 3.x
XDM-ETH
Flash ADAS domain controllers, gateway ECUs, and zone controllers over 100/1000BASE-T1 automotive Ethernet. Four independent channels with onboard SATA3 SSD deliver up to 125 MB/s with zero-latency image loading.
XDM-USB
Four independent USB 3.x channels at up to 300 MB/s each. Supports Qualcomm Sahara and Firehose protocols with direct QFIL project import, the standard tool for telecom, IoT, and edge computing targets on Qualcomm chipsets.
Use Case: Domain Zone Controller Programming
ADAS domain controllers carry 20 GB+ firmware images across multiple SoCs and external memories. The XDM-ETH flashes over automotive Ethernet at 125 MB/s, with onboard SATA3 SSD reading at 600 MB/s, eliminating network bottlenecks. For Qualcomm-based telecom and IoT targets, the XDM-USB reaches 300 MB/s over USB 3.x using native Sahara and Firehose protocols.

pOnline Pro
DLL-based API for custom host integration with LabVIEW, TestStand, C#, and other automation frameworks. Offers the same MES connectivity, traceability, and cybersecurity provisioning as FlashTask Pro, without the GUI. Built for engineering teams creating custom ATE workflows.

SMART ICT
Replaces traditional ICT fixtures by testing through existing programming interfaces (JTAG, SWD, SPI). Uses the MCU's own intelligence to verify power rails, interfaces, memory, and sensors, no extra measurement tools needed. Combines with boundary scan in the same fixture pass.
Boundary Scan Suite
Auto-generates infrastructure and interconnection tests from ODB++ data, BSDL files, and BOM. GUI-based workflow with pin-level fault isolation, board overlay diagnostics, and net-by-net coverage reporting. Runs on existing MSP hardware as a software license add-on.
FlashTask Pro is the common platform across all ProMik hardware, MSP programmers, XDM modules, and the XTL turnkey system family.
