ProMik XTL-i automated inline programming system

The XTL-i is ProMik’s fully automated inline programming system, designed to integrate directly into SMT production lines with zero operator intervention. SMEMA-compatible conveyor integration, intelligent fixture recognition with sub-60-second changeover, and parallel programming across multiple ISP channels deliver throughput exceeding 1,200 ECUs per 8-hour shift.

Every board is automatically verified with read-back comparison, and failed boards are rejected to a separate lane with barcode-locked variant protection to prevent misprogramming. Industry 4.0 connectivity through OPC-UA, REST API, and OPCON/ITAC enables smart factory integration, while a web-based dashboard provides real-time production monitoring, yield analysis, and diagnostics.

ProMik Ecosystem

The XTL-i uses MSP2300NET or XDM programmers as its programming engine, controlled by FlashTask Pro. Add SMART ICT and Boundary Scan Suite for integrated testing in the same fixture pass. Compatible fixtures and project files transfer from XTL-m (NPI) to XTL-i (production) with zero re-engineering.
