GSAS Micro Systems is a registered business entity operating under the laws of India, with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner.

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use our Website.

  • Request a quote: name, email address, phone number, company name, products of interest, quantity, timeline, budget range, and special requirements
  • Book a product demo: name, email address, company name, role/title, products of interest, preferred date and time, team size, and notes

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Website, we automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies:

  • Device and browser information: browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, referral source
  • Network information: IP address (anonymized where possible), approximate geographic location

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries: processing contact forms, quote requests, and demo bookings
  • To provide our services: preparing proposals, scheduling demonstrations, managing customer relationships
  • To communicate with you: sending confirmations, follow-ups, and service-related updates
  • To improve our Website: analyzing usage patterns and optimizing performance
  • To market our services: newsletters and event invitations (with your consent)
  • To comply with legal obligations: maintaining records as required by Indian law

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services for website analytics, advertising measurement, and live chat. They are loaded through a consent-aware tag manager that applies the rules of your region (see Section 5.1): in regions that require prior consent they run only after you accept, and elsewhere they run by default with a clear notice and an easy way to opt out:

  • Google Analytics 4: website analytics and traffic measurement
  • Microsoft Clarity: aggregated heatmaps and session analytics
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag: advertising measurement and audience insights
  • Zoho SalesIQ: live chat and visitor support

We also rely on Cloudflare for content delivery, security, and bot and spam prevention (including the Turnstile challenge on our forms), and on a customer relationship management (CRM) system to handle the inquiries, quotes, and demo requests you submit. The specific cookies each service may set are listed in the table below.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We also use browser local storage and session storage for first-party preferences. We group what we store into four categories: essential (required for the Website and consent to work), analytics (help us understand how the Website is used), marketing (measure and improve our advertising), and live chat (loads our chat widget only if you allow it).

Our cookie banner follows the privacy law of your region, which we determine from your approximate location (country level, and for the United States, state level, provided by our content delivery network):

  • European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland (GDPR and Swiss FADP): non-essential cookies stay switched off by default, and a banner lets you Accept or Reject them. Analytics, marketing, and live-chat cookies are only set after you accept.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): non-essential cookies are active by default, and the banner offers a one-click Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information opt-out. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request, unless you have since expressly consented.
  • India and other regions: non-essential cookies are active by default, and the banner provides notice of what we use and an easy way to opt out or adjust preferences at any time.

If we cannot determine your location, we apply the strictest (GDPR) treatment. Essential cookies are always set because the Website cannot function without them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, which reopens these options and updates your stored preference. Disabling certain cookies may affect Website functionality.

The table below lists what the Website may store on your device. Durations are set by the relevant provider and may change. In regions with opt-in consent (see Section 5.1), analytics and marketing entries are only created after you accept; elsewhere they may be set by default until you opt out.
