Overview
About GBM-3100H Series Battery Meter
The GBM-3100H Series provides precision DC voltage and AC resistance measurement for battery cell and battery pack testing. With 0.01% basic voltage accuracy, 0.5% resistance accuracy, and resistance resolution down to 0.1 microOhm, these meters deliver the measurement performance required for battery manufacturing quality control and incoming inspection. The 3.5” TFT LCD displays clear measurement results with Go/NoGo judgment indicators.

Applications
Battery manufacturers use the GBM-3100H Series for cell sorting, pack assembly verification, and production-line quality control. The independent Go/NoGo determination function enables rapid pass/fail screening against user-defined voltage and resistance thresholds. Test lead disconnect and contact failure detection prevents false readings caused by poor probe contact, which is critical for low-resistance measurements on battery terminals.
The GBM-3300 extends the voltage range to 300V for high-voltage battery pack and module testing in EV and energy storage applications. The GBM-3080 provides the same core measurement capability at an economical price for standard battery cell testing.
GSAS Micro Systems supplies the GBM-3100H Series in India with application support for battery testing workflows and local calibration services.
