About Flasher Secure

The Flasher Secure implements zero-trust production programming where cryptographic keys never leave the tamper-resistant hardware. Encrypted firmware images are decrypted inside the Flasher Secure hardware, ensuring that programming operators, manufacturing partners, and infrastructure never see unprotected firmware or keys. This is the fundamental difference between the Flasher Secure and conventional programmers, IP protection is enforced by hardware, not by trust.
Certificate-based device authentication during programming provides supply chain security for IoT and automotive applications. Each target device is authenticated before programming begins, and each programmed unit receives a unique device certificate or key set, establishing device identity at the point of manufacture.
The Flasher Secure supports standalone operation without a connected PC, tamper-evident logging of every programming operation, and dual USB/Ethernet connectivity for flexible integration into manufacturing lines. For contract manufacturers, the Flasher Secure means OEMs can ship encrypted firmware to the factory with confidence that the binary is never exposed in plaintext at any point in the production process.
