Q2 Static Analysis Sync: Perforce Klocwork & Helix QAC 2026.1

There are some exciting updates in the works for Perforce Static Analysis. In this customer sync, Perforce’s static-analysis product experts walk through the major features and improvements included in the 2026.1 release for QAC and Klocwork.
What’s covered
Initial Rust analysis support in QAC and Klocwork. Perforce is announcing first analysis for the Rust programming language in the 2026.1 release. The Rust language support in Perforce Static Analysis works with mixed-language codebases and supports CI, MCP, and IDE workflows.
New MCP server implementation. 2026.1 introduces a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. It is mainly applicable today to VS Code with GitHub Copilot, and it provides a standardized basis for future support of other AI chat tools and IDEs.
AI-assisted code remediation (continued). Introduced in the last release, the AI-assisted remediation feature accelerates code reviews and provides contextual fixes for issues identified in the analysis results. The 2026.1 sync covers the ongoing enhancements.
The session will also discuss:
- Expanded coding standards coverage
- CI quality gates
- Export in SARIF format
Bring your questions, the customer sync includes live Q&A with the Perforce product team.
