Overview
About ULINKplus

The Arm ULINKplus goes beyond traditional debugging by combining JTAG/SWD debug, Serial Wire Viewer trace, integrated power measurement, and digital test I/O in a single adapter. The built-in current and voltage measurement capability correlates power consumption directly with code execution in the Keil MDK timeline view, enabling engineers to identify which functions, interrupts, and sleep transitions drive energy consumption, critical for battery-powered IoT and wearable device development.
Digital test I/O pins provide synchronization signals for external test equipment, enabling automated hardware-in-the-loop testing workflows where debug events trigger oscilloscope captures or test fixture actions. SWV trace with precise timestamps delivers real-time event tracing, data variable logging, and exception tracking without halting the CPU. The ULINKplus bridges the gap between pure software debugging and system-level power and timing validation, making it an essential tool for teams developing power-sensitive Cortex-M applications.
