About AFG-4000 Series
The AFG-4000 Series delivers dual-channel arbitrary waveform generation at up to 200 MHz with 14-bit vertical resolution and 500 MSa/s sampling rate. Standard waveforms (sine, square, ramp, pulse, noise, DC) and arbitrary waveform editing with deep memory support a wide range of stimulus applications from audio testing through RF component characterization and digital protocol simulation. The dual-channel architecture allows generation of two independent or phase-locked signals simultaneously, which is essential for differential signal testing, I/Q baseband generation, and stimulus-response measurements.
