About GPP-1323 Series Programming Linear DC Power Supply
The GW Instek GPP-1323 Series is a new-generation single-channel programming linear DC power supply that integrates both power supply and electronic load functionality in one compact instrument. With voltage resolution down to 0.1 mV and current resolution down to 1 µA in the low range, the GPP-1323 enables precise characterization of low-power devices such as IoT sensors, wearable electronics, and battery-powered circuits. The 2.4-inch TFT-LCD display supports three viewing modes for flexible bench-top and rack-mount operation.

Applications
Slew rate control for both voltage and current enables soft-start testing and inrush current profiling, critical for validating power-on behavior of embedded systems and power management ICs. The remote sense function compensates for voltage drop across test leads, ensuring accurate voltage delivery at the DUT terminals. Sequence programming automates multi-step power profiles for burn-in testing, battery charge/discharge simulation, and power cycling reliability tests.
The bleeder circuit control and temperature-controlled fan ensure clean output voltage decay and quiet operation. Safety protections include OVP, OCP, OTP, reverse polarity protection, and panel lock. The voltage averaging and data collection features provide built-in measurement capability without requiring external instruments. Rack compatibility with GRA-441-J/E adapters supports integration into standard 19-inch test equipment racks.
