The GW Instek GSM-20H10 is a source measure unit (SMU) delivering ±210V and ±0.05A with 22W maximum output power. Combining precision sourcing and measurement in a single instrument, the GSM-20H10 achieves 0.012% basic measurement accuracy with 6.5-digit resolution, making it suitable for semiconductor device characterization, material research, and sensor calibration. A 4.3-inch TFT LCD with digital number keyboard provides efficient parameter entry and clear real-time data visualization.

Four built-in sequence output modes, stair, logarithmic, SRC_MEM, and custom, support up to 2500 points each, enabling automated I-V curve sweeps, threshold voltage characterization, and leakage current measurement without external programming. The source-delay-measure (SDM) cycle with variable sampling speed ensures settled measurements at each bias point, which is critical for high-impedance device characterization where settling time directly impacts accuracy.

Support for 2-wire, 4-wire, and 6-wire remote voltage-source and measure sensing eliminates lead resistance errors in precision measurements. Variable display digits, a built-in limit check function, and five calculation functions streamline pass/fail testing and data analysis. The built-in RTC clock timestamps measurement data for traceability in quality-controlled test environments.
