PSW Series

The GW Instek PSW Series is a programmable switching DC power supply covering voltage ratings from 30V to 800V with output power from 360W to 1080W. CV/CC priority mode enables optimized operation for battery charging and LED driver testing, while adjustable slew rate provides controlled voltage and current transitions for sensitive DUT applications. High efficiency and high power density in a compact 1/2 or 1/3 rack mount form factor minimize bench space.

Parallel operation supports up to 2 units in series for the 30V, 40V, 80V, and 160V models, while higher-voltage models support 3 units in parallel, scaling output power for demanding test scenarios. Standard LAN, USB, and analog control interfaces enable integration into automated test systems, with optional GPIB for legacy ATE environments.

The PSW Series serves a wide range of applications including battery formation and cycling, LED module testing, motor drive evaluation, DC-DC converter validation, and general-purpose R&D power delivery.
