SEGGER’s Flasher adapter range provides the physical connectivity needed to integrate Flasher programmers into production test fixtures, programming jigs, and automated manufacturing lines. Production environments impose different requirements than development labs, connectors must withstand thousands of insertion cycles, cables must be routed through constrained fixture geometries, and pin configurations must match the specific target board layout rather than a standard debug header.

Production-Grade Connectivity

The Flasher adapter catalog includes pin converters for mapping the Flasher’s standard output connector to target-specific pin configurations, flat cables in production-appropriate lengths for fixture routing, and needle adapters for pogo-pin programming fixtures that contact the target PCB without a physical connector. Each adapter is designed for the high cycle counts and mechanical stress of production use, with connectors and shielded cables that maintain signal integrity across JTAG, SWD, cJTAG, and SPI interfaces at full programming speed.
