Arm ULINKpro External Module

The Arm ULINKpro External Module with 20-pin cable provides extended trace port connectivity for the ULINKpro debug probe. The module connects between the ULINKpro and the target board’s debug connector via a 20-pin ribbon cable, enabling trace and debug access when the target board’s connector placement makes direct probe connection impractical, such as targets mounted in enclosures, stacked board configurations, or test fixtures where mechanical clearance is limited.

The external module passes trace and debug signals (JTAG/SWD and ETM trace) from the target’s 20-pin connector through the ribbon cable to the ULINKpro probe, maintaining signal integrity for reliable trace capture and debug operations. The included 20-pin cable provides the mechanical flexibility needed for bench setups where the probe and target cannot be directly adjacent.
