About GDS-1000B Series
The GDS-1000B Series is GW Instek’s compact 2-channel oscilloscope line offering 100 or 200 MHz bandwidth with 1 GSa/s real-time sampling and 10 Mega point per channel memory depth. The 7-inch 800x480 WVGA display with 256-level color gradient rendering reveals waveform density information, helping engineers spot signal anomalies quickly. A 1M-point FFT and serial bus decoding round out the feature set in a space-efficient form factor.

The 256-level color gradient display maps waveform occurrence frequency to color intensity, providing visual persistence-style insight without sacrificing the compact footprint. This makes the GDS-1000B Series suitable for bench-constrained environments such as production test stations and field service kits.
Serial protocol decoding for I2C, UART, and SPI enables embedded firmware debugging directly on the oscilloscope, while the 1M-point FFT provides detailed spectral views for power supply noise and clock integrity analysis.
