About GDS-2000A Series
The GDS-2000A Series delivers 4-channel capture at bandwidths of 100, 200, or 300 MHz with 2 GSa/s real-time sampling and 2 Mega point memory depth. An 80,000 wfm/s waveform update rate combined with segmented memory allows engineers to efficiently capture and review intermittent events. Built-in serial bus decoding for I2C, UART, SPI, CAN, and LIN protocols makes the series a natural fit for embedded system debugging.

The optional 8-channel or 16-channel logic analyzer transforms the GDS-2000A into a mixed-signal oscilloscope for correlating analog and digital activity on a single time base. An optional 5 MHz function generator adds stimulus capability, reducing the number of instruments on the bench during prototype bring-up.
Segmented memory captures only triggered events, extending the effective recording window far beyond what continuous capture allows, which is particularly valuable when hunting for rare bus errors or glitch conditions in automotive and industrial embedded systems.

AI Data Center Testing: Power Shelves, Busbars, Burn-In and Optics
AI racks fail on the bench long before they fail in the field. How AI data center infrastructure is actually tested: server power shelves and CRPS supplies, 48V busbars, battery backup units, DC-DC stages, burn-in, thermal validation, high-speed switches, and optical transceivers, mapped to the GW Instek instruments GSAS supplies across India.
Testing High-Power UPS, Solar Inverters and Power Electronics: Inside the GW Instek AEL-5000 AC/DC Electronic Load
India's UPS, solar-inverter and power-electronics makers need load testing that behaves like the real world: non-linear, high-power and scalable. Here is how the GW Instek AEL-5000 AC/DC electronic load covers it, from 1.875 kW on the bench to 540 kW in a three-phase array.
