About MSO-2000E
The GW Instek MSO-2000E series is a mixed-signal oscilloscope that combines 4 analog channels with 16 digital logic channels for simultaneous time-correlated capture of analog waveforms and digital bus activity. Available in 70, 100, and 200 MHz bandwidth variants, the MSO-2000E provides embedded systems engineers with the channel count needed to debug microcontroller systems where analog signals and digital buses must be observed together.
The 16 digital channels capture address, data, and control lines alongside analog measurements, making it possible to correlate processor bus activity with power supply behavior, sensor outputs, and communication interface signals in a single acquisition. VPO (Visual Persistence Oscilloscope) waveform technology at 120,000 wfm/s update rate reveals intermittent signal anomalies that conventional display modes miss.

The 16-channel MSO capability is integrated, not an add-on option, providing mixed-signal debugging at a lower total cost than purchasing separate oscilloscope and logic analyzer instruments.
