The Microtest 7631 Hipot Tester delivers multi-channel electrical safety testing with 8 base channels expandable to 72 channels for high-mix transformer, coil, and wire harness production lines. Supporting AC withstand voltage up to 5000 V at 30 mA, DC withstand up to 6000 V at 10 mA, and insulation resistance measurement up to 12,000 MΩ, the 7631 covers the full range of dielectric strength and insulation tests required by IEC, UL, and other international safety standards.
