Building CAD models from scratch and hunting for component data is time that does not go into the design. This session covers using PartQuest inside Xpedition to pull in ready-made schematic symbols, footprints and 3D models together with the parametric data documentation and manufacturing need.

Siemens frames it as step-by-step guidance rather than an overview: how to download and integrate PartQuest data into an Xpedition library and an active design, how to modify the downloaded models, and how to configure Project Explorer in Designer so the component data you need is where you need it.
