About Sensepeek SQ10 Passive 1:1 Hands-Free Probe
The Sensepeek SQ10 is a passive 1:1 hands-free probe designed for general-purpose PCB measurements with the PCBite probing system. With 10 MHz bandwidth and 1:1 attenuation, the SQ10 is ideal for DC voltage measurements, low-frequency signal observation, and logic analyzer connections for decoding serial protocols including SPI, CAN, USB, JTAG, I2C, and UART. The 0.5 mm spring-loaded test needle contacts fine-pitch component pins and test points that conventional probe tips cannot reach, while the insulated body allows safe handheld use alongside hands-free operation on the PCBite magnetic base plate.
The SQ10 is rated for ±60 V DC / 30 V AC RMS with 200 V DC/Peak AC overvoltage protection and supports up to 2 A DC current through the probe tip (0.02 ohm needle resistance). The insulated design with color-coded cable holders and a lower center of gravity provides improved stability compared to earlier SP-series probes. Exchangeable spring-loaded test needles ensure long-term serviceability. The SQ10 connects to oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters via included Dupont and banana plug test wires.
