About Sensepeek SQG60 6 GHz High-Frequency Probe
The Sensepeek SQG60 is the highest-bandwidth probe in the PCBite ecosystem, delivering 6 GHz passive 10:1 measurement capability for RF, high-speed digital, and signal integrity applications. The passive design provides high dynamic range, low noise, superior linearity, and long-term stability in signal flatness, critical attributes for characterizing multi-gigabit serial interfaces including USB 3.x, PCIe Gen 3/4, HDMI 2.0, and 5G NR front-end circuits. The 500-ohm probe tip impedance and exceptionally low tip capacitance minimize loading effects that would distort the signals being measured.

Available in AC-coupled (SQG60-AC) and DC-coupled (SQG60-DC) variants, the SQG60 outputs via SMA connector for direct connection to 50-ohm oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and receivers. Dual ground options, a 2.3 mm dual-needle ground for PCB-mounted RF connectors and a 6.5 mm single ground spring for wider spacing, accommodate diverse board layouts. The exchangeable fine-pitch spring-tipped test needle enables precise contact on fine-pitch BGA breakouts, micro-strip traces, and coplanar waveguide structures. Like all SQG-series probes, the SQG60 is hands-free compatible with the PCBite magnetic base plate system and ready to use straight out of the box.
