About PicoScope 3403D MSO

The PicoScope 3403D MSO from Pico Technology is a 4+16 channel mixed-signal oscilloscope that combines four 50 MHz analog inputs with a 16-channel logic analyzer, a built-in arbitrary waveform generator, and serial protocol decoding in a USB 3.0 bus-powered enclosure. With 1 GS/s real-time sampling on a single channel (250 MS/s across all four), 64 MS of capture buffer, and 100,000 waveforms per second, it delivers the simultaneous analog and digital signal visibility that embedded systems debugging demands — without the bench space or power requirements of a traditional benchtop MSO.

The 4+16 channel configuration makes the 3403D MSO particularly effective for embedded systems work where engineers must correlate analog signals (power rails, sensor outputs, clock integrity) with digital bus activity (SPI, I2C, UART) simultaneously. The 16 digital channels capture logic-level protocol traffic at 100 MHz while the four analog channels show signal integrity details that a logic analyzer alone would miss — ringing, noise, threshold violations, and timing skew between analog and digital domains.

Watch the PicoScope 3403D MSO introduction

Within the PicoScope 3000D Series, the 3403D MSO is the entry point for teams that need four analog channels plus digital debugging. Engineers who need higher bandwidth can step up to the 3405D MSO (100 MHz) or 3406D MSO (200 MHz, 512 MS buffer), while those who only need two analog channels can save with the 3203D MSO. All models share the same PicoScope 7 software, protocol decoders, and AWG, so upgrading later preserves workflow familiarity. GSAS Micro Systems provides the PicoScope 3403D MSO with probe kit selection, protocol decoder guidance, and applications support for embedded development teams across India.
