Pico Technology × GSAS

Pico Technology (St Neots, Cambridgeshire, UK, founded 1991) pioneered the PC-based USB oscilloscope category and has spent over three decades refining the concept into instruments that match or exceed the measurement performance of traditional benchtop scopes at a fraction of the size, power consumption, and cost. Every PicoScope ships with PicoScope 7 software, a full-featured oscilloscope application with spectrum analyzer, protocol decoding (40 serial protocols included free), mask limit testing, and advanced math channels, and receives free software updates for the lifetime of the instrument. No annual license fees, no per-protocol decoder charges.

Indian industries from automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to power electronics manufacturers, defence R&D labs, and university research centres rely on PicoScope instruments for everything from ECU bus analysis to EMC pre-compliance. GSAS has been India's authorized Pico Technology partner since 2025, providing instrument selection guidance, demo units, probe configuration support, and PicoSDK integration assistance across six offices, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Pune.

PicoScope 4444

4-channel differential USB oscilloscope purpose-built for measurements where ground-referenced probing is impractical or dangerous, motor drives, battery management systems, inverter circuits, and mains-referenced power supplies. Each channel accepts PicoConnect 440 series differential probes; fitted with the PicoConnect 442 attenuated differential probe, the inputs reach a CAT III 1000 V safety rating, we cover the PicoConnect 442, current clamps and HFCT probe selection for Indian power labs separately. Selectable native 12-bit and 14-bit hardware resolution modes (with resolution enhancement up to 16/18-bit) and a 256 MS capture buffer resolve fine signal detail on noisy power rails, which is exactly what IGBT, SiC and GaN power-electronics bench work in India demands.
