RYLR LoRa Modules
RYLR998
Current-generation sub-GHz LoRa module built on the Semtech SX1262 transceiver. 868/915 MHz ISM bands, +22 dBm TX power, 16+ km line-of-sight range. AT command control over UART for frequency, spreading factor, bandwidth, and power configuration. FCC, CE, and NCC pre-certified. The go-to module for smart agriculture, water metering, environmental monitoring, and industrial sensor networks.
RYLR999
Dual-radio module combining BLE 5.0 and LoRa (SX1262) in a single package with dual UART interfaces. Local device configuration via Bluetooth and long-range data transmission over LoRa, without requiring two separate modules. Ideal for field-configurable sensor nodes and gateway applications.
RYLR896
Previous-generation LoRa module based on the Semtech SX1276 transceiver. 868/915 MHz, +20 dBm TX power, 10+ km range. Still widely deployed in existing sensor networks and available for designs requiring SX1276 compatibility. FCC and CE certified.
UWB and Bluetooth Modules
RYUW122 UWB
Ultra-Wideband (IEEE 802.15.4z) positioning with centimeter-level indoor accuracy. Critical for asset tracking in warehouses, manufacturing floors, and healthcare facilities. AT command control over UART. Development kit available for rapid prototyping.
RYBW Series (BLE + Wi-Fi)

RYB Series (BLE)
Standalone Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 for wearables, beacons, and proximity-based asset tracking. Compact form factor, low power consumption, AT command firmware over UART. Ideal where Wi-Fi is not required.
